Mac n Cheese Muffins

Macaroni-2 cups
Green Peas-1/2 cup
Grated Cheddar Cheese-1/2 cup
Sweet Corn-1/2 cup
Milk-1 cup
Bread crumbs-1/4 cup
Mozarella/Cheddar Cheese slices-2-3 nos
Tomato Sauce-3 tbsps
Salt and Pepper to taste
Coriander leaves to garnish
1.Cook macaroni ,corn and peas in boiling water until macaroni turns firm(10 minutes)
2.Mix grated cheese and milk in a bowl
3.Drain the macaroni and add it to the cheese mixture

4.Grease a muffin tray with a dash of butter or oil and add a tbsp of macaroni 

5.Cut the cheese slice into four and place a slice over the macroni,
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of bread crumbs on top,Repeat step 4 and 5 until the muffin mould gets filled..

6.Squueze some tomato sauce on top and some coriander leaves

Bake it for 15-20 minutes at 160*C degree in a preheated oven
Once done,scoop out the muffin and Serve hot..


  1. With some salad, this cute muffins will make a prefect dinner.

  2. These will make a great picnic basket!
